Stamps, series numbers and shared folders come with VEFdocsKit Pro; VEFdocsKit Free is free and complete for the rest.
A series of numbers
A folder holds a series of numbers: whole numbers (1, 2, 3) or numbers with a sub-number (1.1, 1.2 … 1.10), with a prefix, a suffix and a step. The number given to a document is never given again.
Working together
Several people can work on the same folder, as owner, editor, operator or reader.
Usual numbering
Each person can set a usual numbering, which a new folder starts with, and the editors of a folder can change its series from the Documents screen.
Export and import
The stamps and the folders (without their members) can be exported to a file and imported on another site from the Settings tab.
